Preparation, visit, plan

How the three parts fit together

  1. Step 1

    Before your visit

    1. Pay for the Healthy Longevity Plan and provide your email address. 2. You will receive a link to complete your online health questionnaire. 3. After completing the questionnaire, you will receive an order number for a blood draw at any centre of your choice. 4. After your blood draw, our coordinator will contact you to arrange your clinic visit.

  2. Step 2

    Your one-hour visit

A longevity physician interprets your blood results and examination findings in the context of your health. Together you discuss priorities and next steps. Your personalised written plan is clinically reviewed before it is provided as part of the visit. Advanced Organ-System Modeling helps organise the information; medical interpretation and recommendations remain the physician’s responsibility.

  3. Step 3

    A plan you can use

Your plan brings together your results, health history and priorities. It explains what deserves attention, why the recommendations are proposed and which steps to take over the next 90 days. HLC Roadmap is a separate service for twelve months of ongoing care.

Inside your Healthy Longevity Plan

Your results. Your priorities. Your next steps.

These examples show how the written plan turns information into a focused conversation and a practical starting point. Your plan is personalized and clinically reviewed before delivery.

Your health across body systems

Your blood results, medical history and daily life are considered together. The map shows how findings relate across body systems, what deserves attention and where more information may be needed.

AOSM helps organize information. Your physician interprets it in the context of your care. The example contains no client measurements or biological-age estimates.

A practical sequence for the next 90 days

Your plan starts with a manageable set of priorities and explains how to build on them. Actions may address nutrition, movement, sleep or other areas your findings support. The pace and order are personal.

Review timing is agreed with your physician. Any repeat tests are arranged and priced separately. This action plan is distinct from the twelve-month HLC Roadmap care relationship.

Understand the reason for each action

Each action explains what to do, why it is relevant to you, the supporting evidence, the effort involved and how progress could be reviewed. Your physician considers the fit with your health, current care and preferences.

What is separate

Specialty tests, imaging, procedures, medications, supplements, repeat tests and ongoing care are outside the entry service. If further care is recommended, you receive its scope and price before deciding. HLP does not commit you to another service. Any repeat tests are arranged and priced separately, with timing agreed with your physician.

Plan an in-person visit

HLP includes a physical examination, so plan to attend the clinic. After your blood draw, your coordinator contacts you to arrange the clinic visit. If you are travelling, share your travel dates with the coordinator. Any separately arranged remote medical consultation depends on your physical location and clinician availability.
