How it works

From information to a next decision

The clinic helps you make sense of your health information with a physician, decide what deserves attention and agree a practical next step. You can begin with an assessment or discuss ongoing care.

Fit and scope

If you decide to discuss care, we first clarify where you would receive it and what you want help with. Concierge handles practical coordination. Medical questions are discussed with a clinician, and detailed health information is collected securely.

Prepare the evidence

Your team explains which records and measurements are needed, what can be prepared remotely and what requires attendance. Existing results are reviewed before deciding whether new testing is needed. With your permission, the team can coordinate with your existing physician and clarify who owns the next action.

Understand your results and agree a plan

For HLP, blood testing and preparation lead into a one-hour clinic visit with a physical examination, a longevity physician consultation and your personalised plan. The physician connects the findings with your health history and priorities and agrees the next step with you.

Implement, review and choose again

When ongoing care is appropriate, the agreed plan identifies responsibilities and review points. Follow-up can lead to an adjustment, continued monitoring, a pause or conclusion. Repeat testing is agreed separately unless expressly included in your service.
