Why this matters in your care
A collection of separate numbers can be difficult to act on. A structured review helps explain which findings support one another, which need confirmation and where a practical next step is available. The aim is a coherent plan rather than a score for its own sake.
Direct measurements and estimates
A blood marker, an image and a model-derived organ-age estimate are different kinds of evidence. A calculated estimate does not replace a direct assessment of an organ’s function. The report should make the source of each conclusion understandable.
What a useful review should provide
Agree which systems are assessed, what data are needed and who explains the report. The conclusion should identify priorities, uncertainty and any follow-up. A normal overall score cannot exclude a problem in a system that was not adequately assessed.
