František Zámola, MD, is a physician, co-founder and CEO of Healthy Longevity Clinic in Prague. For more than 30 years, his work has connected medicine, elite sport, nutrition and the optimisation of physical and mental performance.

His current practice focuses on preventive and personalised medicine, healthy ageing and longevity. He combines clinical examination with modern laboratory diagnostics, genetics, epigenetics, imaging and the assessment of metabolism, hormonal health, body composition, cardiovascular risk and biological age. His aim is to translate new scientific findings into practical, sustainable programmes for the clinic's clients.

He also has a longstanding interest in sports medicine, nutritional, sports and pharmacogenetics, and individually guided supplementation. His experience spans elite sport, clinical medicine, international pharmaceutical companies and genetic laboratories. He has also worked with companies focused on DNA analysis, telomere biology and personalised prevention.

He graduated from Charles University and the Military Medical Academy in Hradec Králové. His medical experience includes oncology and the Department of Clinical Biochemistry and Diagnostics at University Hospital Hradec Králové, and internal medicine at the Military Hospital in Bratislava. He also studied at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, Charles University, completing comprehensive coaching education and training in sports medicine.

He speaks Czech, Slovak, Hungarian and English, and can also communicate in German and Russian. He is a member of the Czech Society of Sports Medicine and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.

From 1984 to 1986 he worked at the Department of Clinical Genetics at the Motol University Hospital. After working at the Administration for Physical Education and Sport of the Prime Minister’s Office from 1986 to 1988, he then headed the Research and Service Laboratory of Clinical Biochemistry and Physiology at the Institute of Sports Medicine and then the Department of Stress Medicine at the General University Hospital in Prague. Dr. Vahovič graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice in 2000. He also serves as the lead physician of the specialized Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Department at RehaCentrum in Humenné and Prešov.

At both institutions, his work focuses primarily on the early diagnosis of soft-tissue injuries, the prevention and treatment of sports injuries, the implementation of international treatment approaches in clinical practice, and the development of individualized treatment and rehabilitation protocols designed to support a safe, structured, and timely return to full physical performance.
