With more than two decades of experience in psychological wellness and behavioural health, Dr. Mondolfi brings a multidisciplinary perspective to healthcare leadership. He holds a PhD in Advanced Counseling Studies and Psychological Addictions, with a focus on the complex relationship between human behaviour, emotional wellbeing, addiction, and recovery. His academic background also includes Civil Engineering and Business Administration, giving him a distinctive combination of clinical, analytical, and strategic expertise.

Throughout his career, Dr. Mondolfi has focused on the connection between mental, physical, and emotional health and the role each plays in long-term wellbeing. With an academic background in Philosophy and Logic from the National University of Colombia, Rafael brings a highly analytical and structured approach to operations. His professional experience spans data management, operational standardisation, process improvement, and the implementation of digital tools and automation across different organizations.

Throughout his career, Rafael has focused on transforming complex or unstructured information into clear, practical systems. His experience includes designing operational workflows, structuring data, developing reporting and tracking systems, improving internal processes, and creating scalable frameworks that strengthen consistency and efficiency.

At HLC, Rafael applies this systems-oriented approach to connect people, processes, data, and technology, helping build the operational foundation required to deliver a consistent, high-quality patient experience as the organisation grows.

Dr. Aldo Guevara is a physician with more than three decades of medical experience and a clinical focus on preventive health, longevity medicine, and personalised care.

He earned his medical degree from the University of Havana School of Medicine and completed advanced training in Family Medicine at Lutheran Medical Center in New York. Board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Guevara has built his career around a broad, patient-centred understanding of health that considers not only disease prevention, but also energy, resilience, performance, recovery, and overall quality of life.

At Healthy Longevity Clinic, Dr. Guevara works with patients to develop individualised, physician-guided longevity strategies informed by clinical evaluation, advanced diagnostics, lifestyle factors, and each patient’s personal health goals. His approach may incorporate precision testing, hormone optimisation when clinically appropriate, preventive strategies, and other evidence-informed interventions designed to support long-term health and function.
